Pre-hospital, meth use is on the rise. Canadian paramedics can now administer olanzapine to individuals who are experiencing psychosis related to the drug…as long as they are willing to accept it.

Ramsey County to stop using contractors to manage health care for inmates

Ramsey county will now employ its own nurses to help manage health care for inmates in Ramsey County. The corrections nurses will be bumped to a higher pay scale to make the job more attractive.
